“We’re going to give our all”

Málaga CF’s general manager, Kike Pérez spoke to the media during the Blood and Bone Marrow Drive at La Rosaleda. “Everyone at the Club, the same as the fans, are going to give everything we have,” he said.

The Blue and White general manager highlighted the role of the fans in the last away win. “In Vila-real it was a precious moment, with that corner full of Malaguistas. It was an honour, we had goosebumps. We want to continue along that line, and this Sunday we’ll have another full house,” he continued. “We’ll be all together. La Rosaleda is going to be a fortress and a pressure cooker. It's going to be a wonderful day. Everyone at the Club, the same as the fans, are going to give everything we have,” Pérez stated in regard to Sunday's home game against Cartagena.

“The fans are incredible. The other day they, along with Pablo (Chavarría) scored the 0-1,” he added. “At La Rosaleda they are filling the stands and supporting the team throughout. The situation is difficult, but not impossible. And that also makes these weeks we’re all living so special, with that tremendous enthusiasm to all do our bit. Málaga is all of us,” asserted Pérez.

Regarding the sporting situation, he is clear: “Looking at the numbers, we can do it with a win on Sunday. We have to focus on ourselves and winning our matches. Not every weekend all the teams we follow are going to win. That line will lead us to accumulate several victories.”

Finally, Kike Pérez stressed that “now what we have to do is focus on a full house at La Rosaleda, give our all from 18:30 and win another game. There’s nothing more important than this Sunday, we are focused on victory with the fans and team giving their all,” he concluded.
