Málaga Club de Fútbol presents its away kit for the 2025/26 season. A jersey that needs no introduction, just look at the colours: green and purple. Málaga on display.
The new hummel jersey is inspired by the green and purple colours, blended in a horizontal stripe across the chest to convey a message: wherever Málaga plays, an entire city plays with them. The design is completed with a black base, adding elegance, sobriety, and a contrast that highlights the overall composition.
The green represents hope and confidence in the future; the purple symbolises tradition and the cultural legacy preserved in collective memory; and the black reflects the strength and character of those who proudly defend their roots.
Inside the collar is the historic motto, “Tanto Monta,” associated with the city’s reconquest by Ferdinand the Catholic in 1487. This inscription, also featured on the club crest, is a nod to the cultural and historical heritage that has shaped the character of Málaga and its people.
The kit aims to capture the spirit of Málaga in its broadest sense, referencing iconic moments and symbols from the region. In particular, it highlights the biznaga, the city’s floral emblem that perfumes summer nights, and evokes the image of the white horse, a symbol of nobility and strength.
Málaga CF’s away jersey, designed by hummel, is conceived as a versatile garment, perfect for wearing both on the pitch at La Rosaleda and throughout the city, whether at celebrations or in everyday life.
The new shirt is now available at Málaga CF’s official stores and on the Club’s online shop.
