The former ‘Malaguistas’, with Emilio Pérez at the helm, defeated the CD Cultural Marbella veterans by 0-3 in the first ‘Lúdica’ League game of the season, with goals from Curro, Armando and an own goal from Marbella midfielder, Jose Luis.
The ‘Malaguistas’ dominated play. Curro opened the scoring for the Blue and Whites in the first half after 20 minutes. In the second half, Armando scored the second Málaga goal in minute 73. The third arrived three minutes later as the goalkeeper deflected a shot by the Blue and Whites, which led to an own goal for Jose Luis.
The ‘Malaguista’ veterans have next weekend off, therefore on 8th March will welcome Balompédica Linense, who last weekend claimed three points from their away win against the Granada CF veterans (1-3).
