A representation of Málaga CF was present at today’s reception, organised by the Qatar Embassy in Spain, to celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the State of Qatar by Sheikh Jassim Bin Mohamed Bin Thani Al Thani, in commemoration of Qatar National Day.

Attending the reception, held at Hotel Intercontinental in the Spanish capital, were Málaga CF advisers, Abdullah Ben Barek and Francisco Martín Aguilar, as well as Malaguista captain, Miguel Torres.

“Qatar is a country that has grown a great deal in every aspect, also in football, ahead of the 2022 World Cup”, says Ben Barek, who conveyed congratulations to the Qatari ambassador in Spain, on behalf of the president of the Club, Abdullah Bin Nasser Al Thani, for Qatar National Day.
