Málaga CF arrives in Madrid in the morning of the match against Getafe CF
The Blue and Whites left Málaga airport for Madrid at 10:30 this morning, arriving hours before tonight’s clash with Getafe CF.
It’s becoming increasingly common for teams to travel to away games on the same day as the match, to enable maximum training and less time away from home. Today Málaga CF, with an upcoming schedule of matches against Getafe CF, Villarreal CF and Real Madrid within the next eight days, travelled to the Spanish capital on a charter flight for tonight’s game against Getafe at the Alfonso Pérez Coliseum.
The Blue and Whites’ group is headed up by Club adviser, Francisco Martín Aguilar; director general, Vicente Casado; and sports director, Mario Husillos.
The team is currently in hotel NH Eurobuilding in Madrid, and will remain there until the hours before tonight’s match against Getafe, kicking off at 8:30 at the Alfonso Pérez Coliseum. The team will return to Málaga after the match, scheduled to arrive in the early hours of Saturday morning.
