Málaga CF approves I Equality Plan

Staff at the Club, advised by the CCOO, and the Entity, under the mediation of external lawyers Fernando Grindlay and Iván Martín, signed the protocol defending gender equity.

The MCF works committee and the Entity - Málaga Club de Fútbol SAD - have been working for months to implement the I Equality Plan.

The agreement was concluded on 8th April to the satisfaction of both parties. The document includes different measures to protect equality between men and women, including:

  • Action protocol against moral and sexual harassment
  • Training in equality.
  • Labour/family conciliation agreement.

Málaga Club de Fútbol’s Equality Plan is available for consultation within the Junta de Andalucía’s registry of collective agreements.
