The new Malaguista player was officially presented at La Rosaleda today. “When I had the opportunity to come here, I thought it’d be great for me,” he said.
The Ghanian left-back appeared before the media during his official presentation as a Malaguista player. Before he took the floor and answered the journalists’ questions, Manolo Gaspar welcomed him and spoke about the circumstances of Lumor's arrival which, unfortunately, is down to “Víctor Olmo's long absence. We think Lumor will be able to be there for the next match. There shouldn't be any problem,” added the sports director.
Lumor stated that his first week in Málaga “has been very good. The weather, the people, there’s a great group… I’m very happy with how everything is going. Málaga is one of the most historic clubs in Spain. When I had the opportunity to come here, I thought it’d be great for me,” he commented.
The Blue and White number ‘15’ affirmed that he is “ready” to play: “I’m ready to give everything I can and help the team reach a good level. Málaga didn’t get off to a great start, but they don't deserve to be in this position. With hard work we’ll try to get the team where it deserves to be,” said Lumor.
