The RFEF’s Competition Committee has awarded the Malaguista captain with a one-match ban after he was sent off in the last match against Albacete Balompié.
In minute 37 of #AlbaceteBPMálaga, referee Trujillo Suárez sent off Luis Muñoz with a double yellow card.
As such, the Blue and White number ‘8’ will miss out on next Monday’s match against Real Zaragoza due to a double booking during a match, according to the statement from the committee.
Luis, along with Javi Jiménez, Febas and Loren, are the Malaguistas on the verge of suspension on a cycle of four yellow cards.
