The Málaga CF squad returned to training this Wednesday morning. Escassi and Chavarría were the only professional players outside the group today.
The second session of the week kicked-off at La Rosaleda’s Annexe at 10:30, following a day off yesterday. A technical talk, warm-up and physical exercises were followed by work in groups and tactics with the ball towards the end of the session.
Outside the group dynamic were Alberto Escassi, who underwent continuous running and Pablo Chavarría, who received physiotherapy treatment inside the stadium. The Argentinean forward has a muscular hamstring injury in the right leg (pending evolution).
From the Academy, goalkeepers Carlos López and Arturo, plus players Andrés Caro, Cristian, Loren and Bilal were in first team training this morning. Olmo, alongside physical trainer Toni Tapia, carried out specific training on the pitch. Moussa and Haitam remained in the gym today.
Tomorrow, Thursday, Málaga CF’s third session of the week will get underway at 10:30 at La Rosaleda’s facilities.
