Luis Bueno, Juvenil DH coach, spoke to MCFTV following the Copa del Rey clash against Real Madrid. “Our team lived up to the game,” he stated.
“The boys gave their all, they lived up to the game. It’s a real shame, but I take my hat off to them for how they defended the Málaga shield. Thanks to everyone who came to support us as they really spurred the team on,” the Blue and White coach started out by saying.
Luis insisted on his thanks to the players and fans: “It was a shame, it was so close, but I’m very grateful to the club and everyone who came to see us, cheer us on and see that our team has lived up to the task.”
“You get excited because it's amazing. The Málaga shield is huge. That has to do with the first team, with the homegrown players and we’re super grateful, it's so exciting,” he added, going on to say: “I can't do anything else but thank everyone. And I'm sorry I didn't give you the joy of having made it to the 'Final Four', but here we are, we don't hide away.”
