CEIP Enrique Ginés in Frigiliana is the 13th school to receive a lesson in Blue and White Values via the MCF Foundation and Diputación Provincial de Málaga.
The students of CEIP Enrique Ginés came to La Rosaleda yesterday from Frigiliana, the 13th visit of Blue and White Values this season.
The 80 students enjoyed a lesson outside the classrooms of the Axarquía school, promoted by the MCF Foundation and Diputación Provincial de Málaga via its sports department.
The day started on the first floor of the VIP Area, where the fifth and sixth grade students of CEIP Enrique Ginés in Frigiliana watched the first part of the first team training session.
Then they toured the interior of the stadium through La Rosaleda’s Museum & Tour until they ended up in the 'Juan Cortés' Press Room.
It was here where the most exciting part of the day took place for the young Malaguistas. Lago Junior, from Málaga CF; Tati, from Femenino; as well as Paula López and Cristóbal Ramírez, from Genuine, along with members of the MCF Foundation, explained Blue and White Values through a talk and practical examples from the players’ first-hand experiences.
They all stressed the importance of education in values, highlighting respect and teamwork, as well as the promotion of healthy habits such as good nutrition, and respect for the environment.
The students from Frigiliana, a municipality that sponsors the MCF Foundation's Supercapacitad@s Football School, had the opportunity to get to know their Malaguista idols better, sharing an interesting question and answer session.
For Tati, an MCF Femenino player, “it’s a pleasure to take part in Blue and White Values, as it’s a project we carry out every year, and which is very worthwhile; children have to learn much more about values at a sporting level.”
Cristóbal Ramírez, who recognises that he gets along very well with Paula López in a group with a great atmosphere, said he tries to “help all the kids and the coaching staff, and do the best he can.”
Lago Junior shared that he started playing at the age of six, training with his father, who was also a footballer, at six in the morning before going to school. Whereas Paula López emphasised the great family that the Supercapacitad@s make up and how proud she feels to be part of it.
Next week, a new Blue and White Values lesson will be held at La Rosaleda, the last of the second school term.
