League kicks off at Mestalla

Málaga will make their 2013/14 BBVA League debut against Valencia Club de Fútbol at the Mestalla stadium on Saturday at 11 p.m. Bernd Schuster’s men kick off this year’s campaign against coach Miroslav Djuki?’s’s new team.

The Blue and Whites’ line-up for this match includes: Kameni, Gámez, Antunes, Camacho, Portillo, Santa Cruz, Anderson, Seba, Tissone, Willy, Morales, Angeleri, Duda, Pawlowski, Sergio Sánchez, Chen, Samuel, Fabrice (28) and S. Darder (30).  Recio and Juanmi were not included due to a coaching decision, and Flávio, Eliseu and Weligton are recovering from injury,
 
The team leaves for Valencia on a charter flight tomorrow morning at 10:30.

Evening training session

Málaga Club de Fútbol was in training at La Rosaleda this evening, ahead of tomorrow’s League debut against Valencia Club de Fútbol.  Flávio worked under the instruction of physical adaption trainer, Hugo Camarero, whilst Camacho and Eliseu underwent normal training with the rest of the group.  Santa Cruz returned from international duty, following Paraguay’s match against Germany on Wednesday.
