Last week Málaga CF was present at an equality event at Colegio Torrequebrada. Sebastián Fernández 'Basti', from the MCF Foundation; Alicia Fuentes, MCFF coordinator; and players Estefanía, Andrea Ríos, Teté, Monterroso, Águeda and Marilén attended as representatives of the Malaguista entity.
After visiting the school’s facilities, they gave a talk on the importance of equality, particularly significant for schoolchildren during the ages of personal development. Shortly afterwards, there was a round of questions and then the players enjoyed a match with the boys and girls from Colegio Torrequebrada.
The presence of Málaga Club de Fútbol on this day, through its Foundation and the women's first team, highlights the importance of equal opportunities, both in sport and football as well as in other areas.
