Atlético Malagueño were defeated in Mancha Real (2-0) and lost the top spot. Atlético Málaga also lost to Real Betis (0-2).

Atlético Malagueño lost the Third Division Group 9 leadership in this morning’s match against Atlético Mancha Real.  Manel Ruano’s boys conceded two goals in the first two minutes of play, and couldn’t come from behind for the remainder of the game.  The reserve team had moments of good play, but didn’t feel comfortable on the pitch against Atlético Mancha Real, who are now the group leaders.  With this result, Malagueño are in second place in the table with 68 points.

Atlético Málaga were defeated by Real Betis (2-0) in this morning’s match at the José Gallardo.  Manuel Hernández Navarrete’s girls couldn’t defeat the Second Division Group 4 leaders.  Following a close first half, the Green and Whites took the lead in minute 57’.  In the 78th minute, Betis scored the definitive 0-2.  Atlético Málaga remain in fourth place with 46 points.

Three 7-a-side teams; 2nd Andaluza Alevín, 3rd Andaluza Benjamín and 3rd Andaluza Pre-Benjamín teams won their corresponding league championships this weekend.
