La Academia match timetable

Our Juvenil DH boys will face Sevilla FC in the final of the Champions Cup on Saturday at 7 p.m.

The Juvenil División de Honor team from MCF’s youth academy will come up against Sevilla FC in the final of the Champions Cup, on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Las Viñas stadium in Vera (Almería).  Both teams will be fighting for the most prestigious national title, which also serves as a pass to the UEFA Youth League, the youth version of the UEFA Champions League.

Málaga CF has already previously won the Champions Cup.  It was in the 2002/03 season, with the final held in Cambrils against RCD Espanyol of Barcelona, who they defeated by 0-2.  Sergio Pellicer’s boys have the chance of repeating the history of 2003 on Saturday, and win the youth champions of Spain title.
