“I felt great, my fitness level is good. I was happy to play my first match after such a long time being out through injury, and I wanted to win. Last season I sustained a serious injury and was unable to show my qualities. Málaga gave me a new opportunity for another year, and I want to demonstrate my skills to the fans, and help the team with good football”.

“I think we played good football in the first half, generated good chances, but Eibar were very aggressive and secured the 0-1. The goal disconnected us and we lost the game. We need to do more and play more decisively to create increased opportunities. We have some strong qualities within the squad, and we have a good coach, but it’s essential that we generate more scoring chances this season. LaLiga has only just begun, so now it’s important to perform well and play good matches for the fans. Although we lost 0-1 this time, we need to do better in the next game”.
