The Blue and Whites’ youth academy player took part in two friendly matches with Spain’s under-17’s in Tubize (Belgium) against Belgium. In the first match, Kuki was in the starting-11 and played for 41 minutes. Spain lost this game by 5-4.
The ‘Malaguista’ was again in Santi Denia’s starting-11 for the second friendly, and played for 53 minutes. Spain defeated Belgium in this match by 1-6.
Kuki and his teammates return to Spain today to re-join their respective clubs. The under-17’s are in action again in October, with two friendly games scheduled in Germany in preparation for the mini-tournament in Slovakia, to qualify for the next European championships.
