The Malaguista squad kicked off training with a video session, before stepping on to the pitch at the Ciudad de Málaga to begin physical training and work with the ball. After the usual warm-up and various physical exercises, José González set his players to work on strategic aspects of play.
Juvenil División de Honor midfielder, Juan Cruz, who was recently called-up to Spain’s U-18s, and his teammate, Ernestas (goalkeeper) were in training this morning with the first team. Joining them were three Atlético Malagueño players, (Iván Rodríguez, Alberto López and Ian Soler).
Kuzmanovic retired in the final part of the training session sue to discomfort to his right adductor muscle. Chory Castro, Ricca and Miguel Torres remained in the gym today to continue with their respective recoveries.
The Malaguista squad will resume training tomorrow, Friday (10:30) at the Ciudad de Málaga.
