Juanpi and Mikel draw with Venezuela in Panama

Malaguista players, Juanpi Añor and Mikel Villanueva were in action with their national team in a friendly against Panama, ahead of the Copa America Centenario 2016.

Venezuela and Panama drew in the early hours of the morning (Spanish time) at the Rommel Fernández stadium in Panama (0-0).

Mikel returned to the left wing, wearing the number ‘3’ shirt, as in the previous friendly against Galicia, part of the ‘Vinotinto’ starting-11.  In minute 90 he was substituted by his teammate, Álex González.  Juanpi also took part in the final part of the game, leaving the bench in the 73rd minute, to replace Jeffren Suárez.

Roberto Rosales wasn’t in action, as he’s finalising his recovery after sustaining injury recently with Málaga CF:
