Juanmi: “It’s a dream come true”

Following his official debut with Spain, Juanmi shares his experience of wearing ‘La Roja’ shirt for the first time with ‘Malaguista’ fans on www.malagacf.com: “It’s a dream come true for me and I want to continue gaining the confidence of the coach.”

Juanmi is happy following his debut with Spain: “Despite the defeat, which disappointed me, I’m thrilled with my debut playing for my country. It’s a dream come true. I’m really keen to keep working hard and continuing to gain the confidence of the coach.”

The Coín-born striker will always remember his debut with ‘La Roja’: “The special moment for me was stepping on to the pitch. It was a moment I’ll never forget as long as I live.”

Lastly, Juanmi analyses his performance during the 61 minutes he was on the pitch: “I felt good throughout play and had a positive feeling about the match, even though it was tough. I now need to continue working hard with Málaga Club de Fútbol in order to have the chance to return to play for Spain.”
