The versatile left winger has performed at a superb level both as a winger and a left back, showing extraordinary speed and generating imbalance and assists for his teammates. The contract binding Juankar to the Club is long-term, he’ll be a Malaguista until the 2020/21 season.
During the 2015/16 campaign, Juankar arrived at Málaga CF, competing in 19 LaLiga matches (1 goal) plus a Copa del Rey clash, to total 20 games. Last season his stats improved, playing 28 League matches (2 goals) and a Cup game, making it 29 matches in total (24 in the starting-11) in 2016/17.
