Iván Alejo, speed and skill on the wing

Málaga CF and Getafe CF agree the loan of young winger Iván Alejo until the end of the current 2018/19 season.

Valladolid, Atlético and Villarreal

Born in Valladolid on 10th February 1995, Iván Alejo has accumulated more than 50 matches between the First and Second Division (26 in the elite of national football and 28 in the silver division).

Real Valladolid CF captured the winger for the youth teams at a young age, where he remained until 16. As a first year ‘juvenil’ he signed to Club Atlético de Madrid with whom he ended up playing in the Copa de Campeones with the División de Honor Colchonero. Alejo remained with the Red and Whites until the age of 19, before moving to Villarreal CF to play with the Yellow Submarine reserve team during the 2015/16 season.

Alcorcón, Eibar and Getafe

From the Castellón outfit he made the move to AD Alcorcón in the summer of 2016. With the ‘Alfareros’ he played a total of 28 games in LaLiga 1|2|3 and seven in the Copa del Rey, scoring three goals and being one of the stand out players for the Madrid team.

A year after signing to Alcorcón, Eibar had an eye on him and signed him for their First Division project. He played a total of 22 games in LaLiga Santander with the ‘Armero’ team. Finally, in the summer transfer window this season, he moved to Getafe from where he’s being loaned out to Málaga CF for the remainder of this season.
