Intense training session this Wednesday on the main pitch

The Blue and White first team returned to work today at La Rosaleda Stadium. With no changes in regard to yesterday’s session, the heat and a high level of intensity marked this morning’s training.

Pablo Adrián Guede’s men stepped on to the pitch around 10:00 this morning. Physical activation, rounds in groups and technical-tactical work with the ball, plus stretching exercises at the end, filled the two hours of intense training.

Seven players remained outside the group as they continued with their respective recoveries. Juande, Adrián, Javi Jiménez, Hicham, Jozabed and Ramón stayed in the gym. Meanwhile, Jairo underwent solo running at a good pace.

Eleven reserve team and ‘Juvenil’ players were in training today – the same as yesterday, namely: goalkeepers, Carlos López and Dani Strindholm; defenders Benítez, Mati and Víctor Olmo; midfielders Ismael Gutiérrez, Quintana and Dani Lorenzo; winger Kevin and strikers Roberto and Loren Zúñiga.

Tomorrow, Thursday at 10:00, Málaga CF’s third session of the week will get underway at La Rosaleda’s facilities.
