Training kicked off at Martiricos at 10:30 on this cloudy morning with a video viewing. The team subsequently moved on to the pitch at La Rosaleda at 11:00 to start off with physical activation exercises. The remainder of the session was focused on technical-tactical work with the ball until after 12:00.

Like yesterday, all members of the team took part in normal training, except for injured Luis Muñoz, Genaro, Peybernes and Hicham. The latter two remained in the gym (specific treatment), whilst the long-term injured players continued with their respective recovery processes, training on the pitch outside the group under the supervision of physical trainer, Toni Tapia.

There were no changes in relation to The Academy players. Reserve team members Strindholm, Kevin, Roberto, Ismael Gutiérrez, Benítez, Dani Lorenzo and ‘Juvenil’ Andrés were part of first team training once again today.

Following the session, Natxo González will hold a press conference at 13:00 in the Juan Cortés press room ahead of LaLiga SmartBank matchday 31. Tomorrow, at 21:00, SD Ponferradina will visit La Rosaleda for the upcoming league fixture.
