The Malaguista expedition departed from the María Zambrano station for Madrid at 17:00, along with sports director, Francesc Arnau, the coaching team and 18 called-up players, with the new additions of Keko and Demichelis.
On arrival in Madrid, the group was greeted by president Abdullah Al Thani at the hotel, where they’ll remain until hours before the match against Real Madrid.
The team will catch a charter flight back to Málaga after the game, arriving on Saturday evening.
