In addition, the third goal scored by Ricca against Córdoba also came from a set piece after an excellent Ontiveros free kick.
Of the 15 points won by Málaga CF in the domestic competition so far, strategy has been key to achieving six of them (Lugo and Alcorcón) and had a significant impact in the last win against Córdoba. In three out of the five victories, Muñiz’s blackboard has played a decisive role.
