Training began with the whole team on the pitch at the stadium, except those injured, Julio Baptista, Enzo Maresca and Apoño, who has sprained his right ankle. They were undergoing recovery exercises in the gym.
The rest of the team underwent the normal physical exercises, with and without the ball, goal practice and also played a small match.
Goalkeeper Willy Caballero, who participated in all these exercises with the team, began his training session with a run, to recover from the last Liga BBVA match against RCD Espanyol. Therefore Rubén and Toni were the goalkeepers today, led by goalkeeping coach Xabi Mancisidor.
The first team of Málaga Club de Fútbol will return to training tomorrow, Wednesday 2nd November from 10.30am at the Athletics Stadium in Málaga.
