Morning training at the stadium with the support of the fans
Málaga CF trained this Tuesday morning at La Rosaleda Stadium. The team completed the second session of the week as they continue preparations for #AlmeríaMálaga.
The squad took to the main pitch at Martiricos around 10:30, cheered on by the many Malaguistas who gathered for this open training session.
After an initial tactical talk, the team underwent physical activation drills, technical work with the ball in small spaces, and finished with mini-matches across half and three-quarters of the pitch.
Under the coach’s orders, 22 players trained alongside goalkeepers Alfonso Herrero, Carlos López, and Andrés Céspedes, along with reserve team players Chupe, Ochoa, Recio, and Arriaza.
Aside from long-term injured players Dani Lorenzo and Haitam, Einar Galilea did not train with the group due to hamstring discomfort in his right leg. The Basque centre-back worked on physical recovery separately from his teammates
Spanish U-19 internationals Antoñito and Izan Merino were absent, as they are set to face Norway in Alicante today at 15:00 in an international friendly.
Tomorrow, Wednesday at 10:30, Málaga CF will hold their third training session of the week at La Rosaleda.
