En-Nesyri, in search of minutes against Spain

Youssef En-Nesyri’s Morocco, already eliminated from the World Cup, faces Spain this evening (20:00) in the final group stage clash.

With more gameplay than results, Hervé Renard’s Morocco will bid farewell to the Russia 2018 World Cup tonight. The squad, of which Málaga CF’s striker, En-Nesyri is a part, will face Spain this evening (20:00, Telecinco) aiming to get off the zero-point mark.

The Malaguista striker, who still hasn’t debuted in the World Cup, now has the possibility of playing his first minutes in the most important international competition. He’s facing one of the most complicated rivals of the tournament, Málaga-born Fernando Hierro and Isco’s Spain.

Group B

The Morocco national team lost the first two group stage games against Iran (1-0) and Portugal (1-0), although in both matches they deserved more for their gameplay and occasions. This evening, more than 12,000 Moroccan fans will be supporting their team in Kaliningrad.
