Elena, new signing to revolutionise the Blue and White attack

The Madrid-born player arrives from Fundación Albacete Balompié to strengthen the squad for the second half of the competition.

Elena Martínez Pérez (23rd February 2002, Madrid) joins the Blue and Whites as a new player and will strengthen Héctor Díaz’s squad until the end of the season.

The Madrid-born forward has made a mark in Spanish women’s football thanks to her impressive career. She was part of Atlético de Madrid B (2017-2020), where she achieved promotion to Reto Iberdrola and won the Copa de Madrid. Later, she played for Rayo Vallecano (2020-2021) and DUX Logroño (2021-2022), the team with which she achieved promotion to Primera RFEF. She then defended the colours of Fundación Albacete Balompié (2022-2025). Additionally, in 2019, she became the Spanish champion with the Madrid National Team.

Elena has expressed her excitement about this new chapter: “I arrive with a lot of desire and enthusiasm to contribute everything I can to the team. I consider myself a hardworking, strong player with a knack for scoring. I believe the most important thing is to enjoy myself, to feel happy on the pitch, because that’s what allows everything to flow and helps you give your best for the team,” she said.

Welcome to your new home, Elena!
