Málaga CF kicks off the first week of competition

Málaga CF’s first team trained this Monday morning at La Rosaleda Stadium’s Annexe. As with last week, Pellicer had 24 players at full capacity.

After a talk by Melero López on the refereeing updates for the 25/26 season, the team took to the Annexe pitch at around 10:00. The session included activation and physical exercises, followed by technical and tactical work to kick off the first week of the league competition.

Under the coach’s orders, 21 players trained alongside goalkeepers Carlos López, Andrés Céspedes, and Lucas Jiménez. Meanwhile, Alfonso Herrero, Jauregi, Ramón, Haitam, and Moussa continued their recovery processes separately in the gym.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, at 09:30, the team will return to training at La Rosaleda’s facilities. On Saturday at 19:30 at La Rosaleda, the first matchday of LALIGA HYPERMOTION will take place against SD Eibar.
