Talk on refereeing updates with Melero López

Former First Division referee Mario Melero López reviewed the competition changes and new refereeing rules with the Malaguista squad ahead of the start of LaLiga 25/26.

As every season before the league competition begins, Málaga CF players reviewed the changes and key points of interest regarding refereeing and controversial plays.

Before starting Monday’s training session, in the Juan Cortés press room, Malagueño referee Mario Melero López, recently retired after 11 seasons in the First Division, shared important details with the Blue and White players, less than a week before the start of LaLiga.
