At around 09:15, Juanfran Funes’ squad took to the pitch at the Annexe. The session began with some physical activation work before moving into a predominantly tactical session, with the ball taking centre stage.

Following further medical tests, Aaron Ochoa has been diagnosed with an injury to the lateral meniscus in his right knee. His condition will be monitored.

The players currently sidelined for physical reasons continue with their respective rehabilitation programmes.
