Training resumes at the Annexe in hot morning session

The Blue and Whites continued their first week of pre-season with another morning workout at the Annexe pitch, where players trained in intense heat.

The Malaguistas continued their first week of pre-season preparations on Tuesday, with Juanfran Funes' side completing their second training session of the week on a hot morning at La Rosaleda Stadium’s Annexe.

Following Monday's medical examinations, Moussa, Jauregi, Niño and Lobete joined the rest of the squad, training alongside the other 22 available players.

Meanwhile, Einar followed the same recovery programme as on Monday, taking part in the opening strength-training block with his teammates before completing individual work as he continues his rehabilitation from the injury he suffered in the first leg of the promotion play-off semi-final at Estadio Gran Canaria. Juanpe and Murillo also remained on their respective recovery programmes.

The squad will return to training on Wednesday morning at La Rosaleda Stadium's facilities.
