The ‘Málaga with Values’ event was presented this Tuesday at Málaga City Hall, taking place at El Palo FC’s facilities on Sunday 12th June from 09:00.
The Nuevo San Ignacio municipal ground will host clubs, schools, sports schools, associations and inclusive categories with a total of 36 teams. The tournament is organised by the Sports Department of Málaga City Hall, together with the Málaga CF Foundation, with the collaboration of the Royal Andalusian Football Federation.
The event is also supported by ‘Plataforma 090’, whose slogan ‘0 violence, 90 minutes’ promotes Fair Play on the pitch in grassroots football in Málaga and the province. This platform will pay tribute to the late Nacho Pérez-Frías, an icon of our club.
MCF’s judicial administrator, José María Muñoz attended the presentation, mentioning in his speech the importance of the Pérez-Frías family in the history of the Club, and highlighting the maximum involvement in terms of training with values, in recent years, from the Málaga Club de Fútbol Foundation.
The tournament is designed for players and their families, who will take part in various activities in what is expected to be a great, inclusive sporting fiesta. There’ll be live music, prizes for the participants and lots of surprises.
