Demichelis and Eliseu return to group training

The second session of the week at the Ciudad de Málaga Athletics Stadium saw the return of Martín Demichelis and Eliseu to group training. Both were suffering from a hamstring sprain and exercised in the gym yesterday.

Demichelis and Eliseu were back in Manuel Pellegrini’s training session today, ahead of Saturday’s Andalucían derby clash with Granada CF.  Jérémy Toulalan and Jesús Gámez were still absent, although the French-born player was on the pitch at the start of the session, under the instruction of Hugo Camarero, then moved in to the gym.  Jesús Gámez also exercised in the gym today, suffering with a bruised left quadriceps he sustained in last weekend’s match against Getafe CF.
 
Today’s session consisted of various physical exercises, defence-attack transitions and a mini-match.  Reserve players, Pol, Jurado and Rafa de Vicente were in training with the first team this morning.
 
Málaga Club de Fútbol is back in training tomorrow from 10:30 at the Ciudad de Málaga Athletics Stadium.
