Daniel Rosado: “If everything goes well, the return will be imminent”
The Málaga CF first team doctor explains what the prevention protocol will entail, which all members of the team will undergo on Wednesday.
Málaga CF and La Roasleda are ready for the tests to be carried out this Wednesday 6th May (PCR test and a serological test) on the Blue and White first team players and coaching team.
First team doctor, Daniel Rosado tells MCFTV that the Club is “following the guidelines set by LaLiga, adhering to a protocol that has been sent to us, and has adapted the facilities for the corresponding sample-taking and serological tests sent by La Liga”.
The medic highlights that the Blue and White facilities “are spectacular, with the required spaces and preventive measures as set out in the protocol. In reality, they are very similar to those of the general population in relation to safety distances and corresponding preventive measures”.
As announced yesterday, LaLiga will verify that Málaga Club de Fútbol is in compliance with the prevention measures. Rosado added that “during the day we have a meeting with an inspector sent by LaLiga and with those in charge of the laboratory who will undertake the samples and carry out an initial ‘mapping’ of the players’ immune status. We’ll then obtain the results shortly afterwards, and if everything goes well, the return will be imminent,” he said.
