The agreement between the MCF Foundation and the chosen firm to carry out the works to construct the Sports City at Parque El Arraijanal is now finalised. On behalf of the Club, MCF Academy CEO, Hamyan Al Thani, and representing Bilba, general manager, Juan Borrajo Peláez both signed the documents to begin the first phase of works in the Parque Arraijanal area.
A signature that marks the prelude to the beginning of the first stage of works, which will include the construction of: a natural grass pitch, three pitches with artificial turf, part of the main building and the stands of the natural grass pitch.
This morning, the first coordination meeting took place between all parties involved in the development of the project: Facultative Management, SCV Arquitectura in charge of the study; Bilba Constructora and the Club.
A project that has now completed the final details to enable the start of the most important works in the history of the Entity, which are at last becoming a reality: the MCF Academy.
