Camacho, Recio and Juankar will return after the Christmas holidays
The two midfielders and the defender are recovering well from their injuries, and will re-join the team on the return to training from the 28th December.
Good news for the three players who lost out on the last match of 2016. Recio, who reappeared in the second half against Sevilla, is well after the injury to his left adductor muscle. The Málaga-born midfielder wasn’t in action in the last Cup match as a precaution, due to different problems with the internal rectus muscle in his left leg, but will be available for the return to training on Wednesday 28th.
With regards to Camacho, the midfielder is still undergoing physiotherapy treatment following his lower back problems. He will be back to work as normal after the holidays.
Lastly, Juankar, who suffered a sprain to the internal lateral ligament to his right knee in the match against Sevilla, is also progressing favourably, and will re-join training gradually after Christmas.
