Another title for the MCF Academy showcase. On this occasion it was the Benjamín ‘A’ team that was crowned regional champions, for the second consecutive season, in the tournament held in the Granada town of Calahonda.

The Malaguistas kicked off the competition with an important victory (1-0) against Sevilla FC in the group stage. In the second match they defeated Linares Deportivo (14-0), and in the third they secured a win against La Cañada (2-0). Three victories to qualify to the grand final as top team in the group. The last challenge for the MCF Academy Benjamín team before clinching victory was against Córdoba CF, which ended in a 5-1 win.
