Málaga CF’s first team returned to training this Wednesday morning following a day off on Tuesday. After the usual warm-up, coach Juan Ramón López Muñiz divided the session into two parts; one consisting of physical work and the other focused on tactics-strategy training with the ball.
Lacen, Miguel Torres, Juankar and Hugo were not part of group training on the pitch, as they remained in the gym to undergo recovery exercises due to their injury discomfort, as well as Mamadou Koné, who is having surgery today on the quadriceps in his left leg. For his part, midfielder Badr Boulahroud was also absent from training due to bureaucratic procedures in his home country.
Regular reserve team players Keidi, Harper and Iván Rodríguez were part of first team training, along with Iván Jaime, Alberto López and Sergio Chica during this Wednesday morning session.
Tomorrow, Thursday, the team will return to training at the same location, the Ciudad de Málaga stadium, from 10:30.
