Back to training focused on the Cup

Málaga CF resumed training this Wednesday morning at La Rosaleda’s Annexe ground. Following a day off yesterday, the team was back in action with Haitam gradually re-joining the group.

Today’s session featured an hour and a half of technical-tactical training with the ball, with 26 players under Pepe Mel’s orders. Haitam Abaida is gradually re-joining the first team dynamic, which also included regular homegrown fixtures Carlos López, Arturo, Andrés Caro, Dani Lorenzo, Cristian, Loren and the aforementioned Haitam.

Outside the group, Escassi, Álex Gallar and Fran Villalba underwent preventive training in the gym. Reserve team players Murillo, Moussa and Víctor Olmo continued with their respective recovery processes, along with Adrián López (not registered).

Training will resume on Thursday at 10:30 at La Rosaleda, to continue preparations for the Copa del Rey match on Sunday in Ibiza against Peña Deportiva de Santa Eulalia.
