Josep Clotet’s boys faced a tough match; following the last two matches, they needed a win to continue near the top spot in the group.  The team showed a great level of determination from the start, dominating possession and taking control of the rival.  The Blue and Whites were the superior side throughout the game, though this wasn’t reflected on the score board, which kept the boys on their toes for the remainder of the match.
 
The intensity of the game increased throughout the second half.  Paco opened the scoring for Malagueño, which released a more aggressive attack from both sides.  The ‘Malaguistas’ were awarded a penalty which Emilio converted into a 2-0 lead, and victory for the Blue and Whites.
