Ana Buceta (04/12/1992 Moaña, Pontevedra) is the next Málaga CF Femenino signing for the 2019/20 season and arrives from Liga Iberdrola.
The midfielder lands in the Costa del Sol capital from Levante UD, who reached third place in the Women’s First Division last season. Buceta has remained with this outfit since the 2011/12 season.
Before joining Levante, she formed part of Galician side, El Olivo where she stayed between the 2006 season until 2011.
Her experience in the top flight of Spanish women’s football and her vision of play are qualities that adapt to the Blue and White squad’s new project for the upcoming season.
International
Buceta has defended the national team jersey in the U-17 and U-19 categories with the Spain women’s national football team. With the Under-17s she was proclaimed European runner-up.
