Málaga CF, through its Foundation, brought smiles to Hospital Materno Infantil de Málaga. Two of the first team captains, Ricca and Adrián as well as Málaga Femenino players, Adriana and Dominika, visited the boys and girls on the haematology-oncology ward, chatting with them and gifting them official team kits, scarves and other MCF merchandising.
For over an hour, all four players called in the children’s rooms, who were all smiles and thrilled by the special visit.
Cristina Martínez de Velasco, deputy medical director; Raquel Molina, deputy director of nursing; and Juan Antonio Torres, head of customer service at the Materno-Infantil hospital, together with Coral García and Rosa Villena representatives from the AECC (Spanish Association Against Cancer) made this endearing visit by the Malaguista players possible.
