Álex Calvo on Spain’s shortlist for European Under-19 Championship

The Malaguista winger is part of the first group of players called up by Spain’s Under-19 coach José Lana, who will announce the final squad list on Monday 12th for the continental tournament to be held in Malta from 3rd to 16th July.

Álex Calvo is on the shortlist for the Spanish Under-19 team for the European Championship of the category that will be held in Malta from 3rd to 16th July.

On Monday 12th the definitive squad list chosen by coach José Lana will be unveiled for the continental tournament, and we’ll see if the Malaguista winger will attend the prior concentration and the subsequent European Under-19 Championship.

Álex Calvo made his debut with the Spanish team in the category on 23rd February in a friendly against Norway at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas, scoring the third goal in the 3-0 victory.

Subsequently, he participated in the three matches of the Elite Round held in Extremadura at the end of March, where the Spanish Under-19s qualified for the UEFA European Championship in Malta.

On Monday 12th it will be revealed whether Álex Calvo enters the final squad list for the continental championship. Good luck!
