Biggest Málaga CF victories
Málaga CF’s biggest victory took place on 7th May 1995, on matchday 40 of the Third Division, defeating PD Garrucha by 14-0. The line-up selected by coach Antonio Benítez was made up of: Dani; León, Bravo, Añón, Juanma; Ríos, Victoriano (Kiko Aranda), Santi Verdú (Maulichi), Carmona; Toño and Basti. Goal-scorers were Toño (2), Añón, Carmona (4), Barón (own goal), Basti (3), Kiko Aranda (2) and Roberto (own goal).
It was in the 1994/95 season when Málaga CF achieved the most victories in one season, totalling 35.
The biggest away victory was on 12/04/1998 on matchday 33 of Second Division B Group IV against Guadix CF, with a Blue and Whites’ win by 0-6. Bravo, Basti, Manolo, Quino, Kiko Ramírez and Larrainzar scored the Malaguista goals.
