Málaga CF, via its Foundation, and in collaboration with La Caixa’s Social Project, returned to instil the importance of good eating habits and sporting values to the infant and primary school children.
Manuel Fernández school was decorated in Malaguista colours for the occasion, in which the second captain of the first team, Weligton was in attendance, along with Atlético Málaga’s Yamila; branch director of CaixaBank, Jesús Sánchez; and first year Benjamín coach from the MCF academy, Rubén Castillo.
The boys and girls watched the Blue and Whites’ Values video, and later had a question and answer session with Yamila and Weligton. Both players enjoyed being with the young fans and answering all their questions.
After the event, the Club, via the MCF Foundation, presented the school with a commemorative poster to mark the visit.
