Sheffield United will be the first touchstone for Málaga CF 17/18 during the imminent summer pre-season. Míchel’s men will welcome the British side on Friday 14th July at José Burgos municipal stadium in Coín at 19:30. The price of tickets is € 8 (advance sale) and € 10 (ticket offices). The points of sale will be announced shortly.
The English side were promoted this season to the Football League Championship (Second Division) after being proclaimed champions of League One. In the past, they have won a Premier League title (1897/98) and four FA Cup titles (1898/99, 1901/02, 1914/15 and 1924/25).
In regard to the Schauinsland Reisen Cup, the quadrangular tournament the Blue and Whites are competing in on 23rd July in Duisburg (Germany), Hertha BSC have confirmed their participation, along with hosts, Duisburg, Aston Villa and Málaga CF.
