Women’s Cadete team ready to compete

The team will kick off the season the weekend of 22-23 September away to CD Nerja.

Everything’s set for the start of competition for the Women’s Cadete team. The players coached by Nati Gutiérrez have been in training for weeks aiming to surpass the numbers obtained last season when they ended in 11th position with 32 points. The ‘Cadete Femenino’ team competes in a male league and this year has a large number of new Malaguista players: María Tomás, Carmen Jiménez, Claudia Muñoz, Noelia García, Carmen Sánchez, Lucía Nunes, Isabela Rinque and Nerea Podadera.

These reinforcements join the existing members of the team: Yamila, Marta Arias, Marina Aguilar, Nerea Amaro, la internacional Águeda González, Pastora, Onerlla Vignola, Anabel Hurtado, María Hueto and María Ágata.

Nati Gutiérrez will be in charge for another season, along with physical trainer, Jesús Dorado and delegate of the Blue and White team, Arturo Abad.

The season will get underway the weekend of 22-23 September against CD Nerja at the Campo Municipal de Fútbol Nerja. The Blue and Whites continue training at Portada Alta on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
